UN-assign of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Suhail Shaheen invited the UN Secretary-General�s interest more than delivering almost $10 billion of Afghanistan�s national bank.

Suhail Shaheen in a progression of Twitter posts said that Antonio Guterres has mirrored the ground real factors by saying "frigid temperature and freezing resources are a deadly mix for individuals of Afghanistan".

He added that standards and conditions that keep cash from being utilized to save lives and the economy should be suspended in this crisis circumstance.

Talking in New York on Thursday Antonio Guterres said that over portion of the number of inhabitants in Afghanistan needs life-saving help, hence the International Community should show the collaboration.
